I hope you are all feeling ready and excited for Christmas! I can’t believe that it is just nine short days away.

As you know, there’s nothing I love more than shopping local and supporting local businesses. There is no better feeling than finding that cute little store, incredibly kind shop owner, or business that you love around home. I found absolutely all of these things with the brand HelloHeadband <3

Making authentic handmade headbands, Megan and Erin have had HelloHeadband on Etsy since 2011 and are in the Peoria area. Megan and Erin put their heart and soul into their brand and truly love the product they make!

What I love so much about this brand is that they are always coming up with adorable new designs and prints! When I say that there is a HelloHeadband out there for any style and any occasion… I mean it. Each and every one of their headbands are handmade, so you can wear them knowing that love and attention went into every piece.

There are currently four different styles of headbands they carry: fitness headbands, top knot headbands, wired twist wraps, and wide bands. I spend a lot of time in athletic apparel, so I always am wearing the fitness headbands! They stay on my head perfectly (which is SO hard to find with headbands for me) and they are an adorable addition to my outfit, so it’s a win-win. When the rare day comes that I decide to throw on some jeans, I love pairing my outfit with a wired twist wrap or top knot headband. They are so comfortable and come in the cutest prints! For me, comfort is always key and that is what used to keep me from wearing headbands, but with Helloheadband I have finally found one that is comfortable and convenient. Throwing one of these on is the perfect little accessory :)

Aside from being on Etsy, HelloHeadband is always appearing at markets and festivals around the area. Make sure you follow them on Instagram (@helloheadband) and keep track of their stops, you will be so glad you did. Buy some for yourself or stock up on some headbands as the perfect gift for your gal pals! They are great for birthdays or as a simple “I’m thinking of you” for someone you love. Local business + incredible business owners + cute and amazing product… could you ask for more?!
